Give the character a job

In Face Yoga, Pinko reassures, demonstrates and celebrates. In a focus product, the same character might protect quiet and help someone begin. The personality stays familiar while the role adapts to the moment.

Consistency lives in behaviour

Colour and feather shape matter, but recognisability also comes from tone, timing and reactions. Pinko should respond to a missed day, a completed session or a difficult moment with the same underlying kindness.

Let every app keep a distinct purpose

A shared character should not make the products interchangeable. Face Yoga needs clear movement guidance, Pause needs space for breathing, Focus needs protection from distraction and Sleep needs a softer evening rhythm. Each app can have its own colour world, icon pose and core action while Pinko’s voice and emotional role keep the family connected.

Use the icon as a promise

Small app icons have to communicate before a person reads a subtitle. Pinko reading signals focus; Pinko meditating signals a pause; a calm night pose can signal sleep. A filled background colour helps each product stay recognisable on a busy Home Screen, while the same face, beak and feather language makes the family easy to identify.

Build a system, not a sticker pack

A reusable character system defines expressions, poses, scene logic, voice and accessibility notes. That foundation lets future products move faster without flattening Pinko into repeated decoration.
