Daily routines
Building a consistent face yoga habit
Design a routine for your real week, including the days you skip.
Choose a cue you already have
Decide on one existing moment, such as sitting down after your morning wash, and attach a short routine to it. Avoid creating a complicated chain of products, photographs and tracking before you can start. The useful question is “Can I comfortably do this on a normal day?” rather than “How much can I fit in?”
Save a minimum version
Build a three-minute option first. Save it on this device so your next visit does not require choosing everything again. A five- or ten-minute version can remain optional. If local storage is unavailable, use the share link as a bookmark; it contains routine settings rather than a personal history.
Track the behaviour you actually control
A calendar tick can mean you began, or that you set aside a comfortable moment. Decide what it means before using it. Avoid interpreting a streak as evidence of a physical result. Research on specific facial exercise programs does not establish that an app streak will produce a predictable cosmetic change.
Make restarting ordinary
After a missed day, return to the small version. There is no need to double the time, press harder or compensate with extra repetitions. If the routine becomes another obligation you dislike, change the cue or take a break. Consistency is only useful when the practice remains comfortable and wanted.
